Wickman UK Increases Machine Portfolio with Manurhin Sliding Head Range of CNC Machines

Wickman UK is pleased to announce their association and exclusive representation for the Manurhin range of CNC Sliding Head Machines for the UK and Ireland.

The Manurhin KMX sliding head ranges from 3mm to 32mm bar diameter. This European built machine is manufactured from cast iron ensuring maximum rigidity and stability. The Manurhin turning centres provide outstanding accuracy and quality surface finish for precision parts. The machines are equipped with Fanuc 160i control and drives that are capable of controlling up to 12 axes.

The Manurhin KMX allows you to machine a part with up to 4 tools cutting simultaneously. The sliding headstock provides up to 250 mm stroke that enables part machining in succession at one collet clamping as well as the machining of long parts with small diameter.

With 23 tool stations and 14 stations that can be driven, the Manurhin KMX range of machines can finish the most complex parts eliminating several operations.
